Persistence Culture has four locations, at the time of this article, one CrossFit gym in Ventura, one CrossFit gym in Camarillo, one CrossFit gym in Moorpark, and one functional fitness gym in Ventura. Considering we serve so many people in Ventura County, we have gained a unique perspective on the Ventura CrossFit scene.
CrossFit was founded in California, so Ventura County has rich history of gyms and athletes. The demographic of Crossfiters is normal people who value community and self development. There are a lot of surfers, mountain bikers, and runners who just want to stay healthy so they can keep doing the hobbies they love for as long as possible.
Many of the memebers at Persistence Culture are young families. CrossFit is one of the most efficient forms of exercise so being able to get a great workout in just an hour is a big draw for busy schedules. The weather in Ventura Counties allows all of our locations to workout both indoors and outdoors all year around. It is an ideal place to begin a CrossFit journey.
