The Show Up Challenge:

Get ready to take your fitness journey to the next level and compete for the title of the Most Consistent Gym! Join us in the first Consistency Challenge, where your persistence and dedication will be rewarded. Push yourself, accumulate points, and showcase your commitment to achieving remarkable results., The Consistency Challenge will run from July 10th to August 6th, providing you with four weeks of intense dedication and growth.

The rules:

To participate in the challenge, you must commit to attending the gym for a minimum of 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days each week throughout the challenge period. The more consistent you are, the more points you can accumulate.

  • Commit to 3 days a week, 4 days a week or 5 days a week at a Persistence Culture Location.
  • Compete between the 4 Persistence Culture Locations for the title of Most Consistent Gym.

The bonus points:

To further incentivize your efforts, we have exciting bonus point opportunities:

  1. Friend Referrals:
    - If you refer a friend: Earn 1 point for each friend (Max: 5 points)
    - If your referral attends a class: Earn 5 points for each referred friend who attends a Persistence Culture Class at any location.1 point for a google or yelp review.
    - If your referral becomes a member: Earn 10 points for each referred friend who joins Persistence Culture as a member.
  2. Google or Yelp Review:
    Receive 1 point by leaving a review for Persistence Culture on Google or Yelp. Share your positive experiences and help others discover the benefits of joining our community.
  3. Mini Challenges:
    Participate in and complete any mini challenge to earn 1 bonus point. These challenges will test your skills, agility, and endurance, injecting an exciting element into your fitness routine.
  4. Secret Podcast Messages:
    Listen attentively to each podcast episode and receive 1 point for every secret message you catch. Stay engaged and tuned in to gain these valuable points.
  5. Beach WOD Attendance:
    Attend any beach WOD (Workout of the Day) and earn 1 point. Challenge yourself physically and mentally while enjoying the refreshing outdoor setting.
  6. Mel Eats Meal Purchases:
    Purchase Mel Eats meals and receive 1 point per week, regardless of the number of meals you purchase. Fuel your body with nutritious meals and boost your point accumulation.
